Deposit, discounts, cancellation and logistics — everything you need to know before you book.

How does the 25% deposit work?

When you complete your booking, you pay 25% of the total to secure the dates. The remaining balance is settled directly with the operator before or at the start of the trip. The deposit is processed securely via Stripe.

How is the price per person set?

Each expedition runs as a small group of four. The more travelers join a departure, the lower the price per person — a full boat unlocks the best, full-group rate. You see the live price as you choose your seats and reserve with a 25% deposit.

What if my departure doesn't fill up?

Every departure confirms once at least four travelers have booked. If a date hasn't reached four spots 14 days before departure, you can move to another date or get your deposit back in full. The final per-person price is set by how full the boat is by then.

Do I really get a free tee?

Yes. Every traveler gets a Selva & Mar commemorative tee, one per person, already included in the price. You choose each traveler's size when you reserve.

What if the weather turns?

Safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable for water tours, we'll reschedule to another date or adjust your itinerary. We reach out on WhatsApp in advance whenever possible.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 15 days ahead receive a full deposit refund minus an administrative fee. Between 7 and 15 days, a 50% refund. Under 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What should I bring?

For water tours and trails: sunscreen, swimwear, grippy shoes or sandals, insect repellent and water. We provide the gear for each experience (snorkel, kayak, scuba tank). Specific details come in your confirmation email.
